Sales and Office Excellent Manager

Job Responsibilities,

1. Provide sales excellent and office administrative support.
2. Provide solution to address the existing SOP and SLA.
3. Oversee CRM processes across the region together with APAC management and Country Managing Directors.
4. Oversee discount- and pricing policies.
5. Sales system optimization and utilization.
6. Securing proper and accurate POS and inventory reporting from channels, partners and customers.
7. Implementing and improving Sales Excellence processes.
8. Maintaining and improving Sales KPI reporting.
9. Work closely together with various Group functions in Denmark to roll out Sales processes.
10. Provide secretarial support to Managing Director Hong Kong.
11. Handle HK office legal documents update and registration, e.g. business license.
12. Responsible for maintenance of stock including stationary, provisions, post etc.
13. Provide local support to Finance, HR and IT.
14. Undertake general office/other ad hoc duties assigned by the Manager.
15. Responsible for rolling out Group guidelines, Commercial policies, best practices and standards across the region.

Job Requirements,

1. Bachelor degree, perfectly major in business or admin related.
2. With 2-3 year solid sales support or Admin experience.
3. Good knowledge of PC applications, MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
4. Team player, self-motivated, aggressive, independent.
5. Customer-oriented attitude and problem solving mindset.
6. Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills with good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin is preference.
