Global Account Data Support Analyst

Operating as a member of the Jabra Global Accounts Services team, this position will report to the VP of Global Accounts Services.

The role will require close teamwork and alignment with Jabra Global Account Managers and Global Account Programme Managers with the collation and coordination of multiple forms of key data that requires Management , reporting and analysis.

Key Tasks will include :
•Highly Skilled in Excel & Microsoft O365 / Sharepoint / Knowledge and use of Microsoft Dynamics
o Excellent English Language capabilities and ability to communicate clearly, working with a multi-national team from different countries
o Working with teams across time zones ( Europe / North America / Asia Pac)

• Analytical Capabilities
o Data analysis to identify trends within a customer
o Ability to create graphical representations of data

• CRM support ( Microsoft Dynamics)
o Weekly Report Creation and Send to Account Managers & Regional Directors @ Account Manager Level / Regional Level
o Support process to get Account Targets added to CRM so we can compare regionally Pipeline vs Target
o Data Checking and fixing
o Parent Account Linking in CRM and Ensuring correct GA classification
o Data Cleansing activities at Account Level
o Reduce Account duplication

• Monthly Revenue Outlook Process Management (Currently done manually via Excel)
o Take Ownership and manage this process until transitioned fully to MS Dynamics CRM
o Compare Manual Process vs consolidated data from CRM and compare in order
o Create graphical representation of data at Global / regional / Account level in order to assist Account Owners with understanding their revenue outlook and pipeline
o Analyse customer outlook data and identify trends or where specific actions are needed if off target

• Customer Information & Insights via Online Data Mining
o Support to GA Sales with data mining from Internet
o Identifying Company data from various sources

• Monthly / Quarterly Revenue Reporting Assistance
o Support in particular the European team with consolidation of Point of Sales Data from distributors and resellers ( multiple different formats)
o Enable lookup of pricing for customers and calculation of revenue by customer and country
o Consolidate revenue reporting from each Jabra Sales region for Global Accounts
o Create graphical representation of data at Global / regional / Account level in order to assist Account Owners with understanding their actual reported revenue vs targets
o Analyse customer data and identify trends or where specific actions are needed if off target

• Annual Global Accounts Targets File Management & Support
o On direction of VP Global Accounts, support & manage the data for the annual target setting process
o Creation of Targets file split by use case.
o Sending out files to respective Regional Account Owners
o Collation and consolidation of all data inputs
o Redistribute back out to Global Owners for review
o Reconsolidation of data files
o Attend and support 1:1 reviews of data to set following year targets
o Create graphical representation of data at Global / regional / Account level in order to assist Account Owners with understanding their actual reported revenue vs targets
