Jabra is looking for a highly skilled HR professional to join HR team to focus on the HR Operational Service to China Sales Team and APAC HR shared service. You will be part of an exciting growth strategy where Jabra is positioned as a global leader in intelligent audio solutions across the sports audio and voice category.

The HR Consultant will work closely with China Sales Team to develop and execute HR strategy to meet the business needs, this position will report to HR Director, APAC.

The candidate will build up good relationship with the business leaders and key stakeholders to achieve business success. She/he should work together with the other HR members in APAC HR team for global/regional HR projects or support other region/BU HR issues if it is needed.

Main responsibilities include:

HR Operational Service for China Sales

� Manage daily HR operational services for China Sales including recruitment, induction, compensation, employee relations, performance management, employee development and separation procedure etc., ensure high quality and effective HR service to be delivered.
� Provide HR consulting service to the line managers, co-ordinate HR related trainings to managers
� To be HR contact window for employees in China Sales and handle various questions regarding HR policies, procedures and employee benefits.
� Maintain employee personal files according to GN global guidelines and comply with internal audit requirements.
� Provide letters, contracts, correspondence, forms and other related documents.
� Administer employee benefits, eg. employee welfare purchasing and annual medical check-up arrangement
� Support in employee communication and co-ordinate local employee activities or events

HR Shared Service for APAC

� Be responsible for compensation and benefit projects across APAC, including yearly employee insurance renewal, employee benefit review, salary survey data collection and analysis etc.
� Work with other members in APAC HR team to establish and optimise HR processes and policies in APAC countries
� Maintain and update APAC & China HR shared point sites, promote employee self-service at shared point
� Follow up other tasks or projects assigned by APAC HR Director.

Desirable skills include:

� Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business or related discipline.
� At least 3 year experience as HRBP or HR Generalist in MNC companies.
� Solid experience in main HR modules like recruitment, employee relationship etc.
� Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
� Self-motivated, pleasant personality and good team player.
� Good command of spoken and written English
� Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
