Job Scope/Description Focal Points

- Apac wide responsibilities for Jabra global accounts, working closely and supporting the Global account managers in APAC.
- Role demands travel for face to face customer meetings, at same time needs focus on operational work.
- Prospecting, qualifying and generating leads/appointments for Jabra Global Accounts
- Account mapping ¡V identifying key stake holders in global accounts
- Mapping the accounts to identify potential UC or contact center opportunities to which Jabra can be attached.
- CRM management - opportunities, existing marketing leads and creating new leads from existing customer database. Ensure a proper handover to Account managers for all qualified leads and track the progress of the leads.
- Manage and coordinate catalog updates and roadshows for global customer.
- Knowledge in the contact center operations and Unified communications technology will be an added advantage.
