The Graduate Program is an accelerated two-year program for young talents. We offer the right candidates an opportunity to develop personal and professional skills in a global setting. As a Graduate in GN you are joining a vision to transform lives through the power of sound by enabling people to hear more, do more and be more.

Program parameters
As a graduate in GN you will be involved in a number of aspects of your field, while you build strong relationships with stakeholders in our international organization.
Our Graduate Program offers a Marketing as well as a Finance track. During a two-year period, our graduates are assigned to three rotations, lasting eight months each. For one of the rotations, graduates work in one of our subsidiaries outside of Denmark.

Graduates also complete an introduction program, partake in events with fellow graduates and are given ongoing projects and ad hoc tasks. Further, graduates are assigned mentors, who follows them throughout the two-year graduate program.
Following the program’s completion, GN has a clear intent to match each graduate with the right professional channel.

The program begins in September 2018.

Global marketers
Our goal is to develop highly qualified marketers with global and local hands-on experience with marketing challenges. You will work on cross-department projects, stakeholder management, pre-launch, launch and lifecycle processes. The areas we offer rotations in are Research & Development, Market Insights, Strategic Partnerships, Product Management/Product Marketing/Marketing Creations/Channel Marketing, and End Customer Marketing/Brand Marketing.

Program requirements
• You hold a master’s degree in Business or Marketing and have delivered excellent results, which are shown in your grade point average
• You have an international mindset and navigate skillfully in different cultures
• You have an energetic, positive personality and are a self-driven team player
• Developing and maintaining your relations comes natural for you and you possess strong collaborative skills
• We expect you to have finalized your master thesis up to one year before you start
