Job Summary:

� Responsible for the implementation of all activities to grow identified and/or existing revenue streams directly attributable to Call Centre, Office and Enterprises.
� Prospect, identify, qualify and close business with large and medium sized customers in all segments including IT, ITeS, BFSI, Telecom, MNC, global accounts, etc.
� Focus on the revenue development activities at new and existing key customer accounts
� Develop new customers and maintain customer's relationship. Call High. Influence the customer's purchasing habit.
� Coordinate with Global Accounts team, where required and engage customers, where required.
� Leverage channel resource to cover and service the end customers.
� Build a strong pipeline along with the channel partners
� Large bid management
� Alliance Stakeholder management:
o Prepare and map the organization charts with stakeholder matrix to engage at multiple levels
o Facilitate and meet key stakeholders from alliance partners to drive regular engagement, co-create and drive GTM, joint customer engagement, etc.

Job Responsibilities

� Achieve or exceed established revenue target.
� Manage and maintain customer opportunity pipeline. Use effective tools to assess pipeline accuracy and win chance.
� Be able to deliver the headset solutions on of UC and CC platform to the CIO/ CTO/ CEO of large enterprise.
