Job responsibilities
You will be responsible for RF ASIC integration, Front-end and antenna designs, implementation, verification and documentation within product programs. You will participate in cross functional project teams, with support from a strong functional hardware discipline.
In the product programs, you will take responsibility for the RF and antenna system from early technical feasibility studies, through concept definition, prototype, verification and documentation.
Your main tasks will be:
• RF system design and integration with HW system incl. antenna design
• Product developments within Bluetooth-, DECT- and USB-platforms.
• RF and antenna concept exploration for headsets, speaker phones and other hands-free audio products all representing challenges due to their size constraints and mobility
• Working in project groups developing products as a x-functional effort
• Documenting your own work and driving related requirements within projects
• Take part in continuous improvements for our existing products, platforms and procedures
• Keeping aligned with our far-east R&D site.
• Working with our colleagues in China
• Driving one or more initiatives related to technology, methodology or process improvements

Preferred candidate
We expect that you have the following competencies and experience:
• Strong team player with good cooperation and communication skills.
• Broad experience in analysis and problem solving of x-functional issues.
• Passionate about quality and the use of best practices and methodologies.
• Structured and result-oriented.
• Self-driven with a very proactive mind-set (strong planning and prioritization ability)
• Motivated by working in an international environment with many concurrent activities.
• Calm and careful even when working in the hotspot between project managers, quality engineers, R&D and production site representatives.
• Good at going the extra mile to make the impossible possible.
• Experience within RF design, radio technology within DECT and/or Bluetooth, modelling, simulation, verification and test methodologies
• General HW experience and SW knowledge is preferable
• Good communication skills in English and Danish will be an advantage.
• BScEE or similar with a few years’ experience with product development in a global organization.
