-Develop KA strategy and execute and track quarterly KA plans to grow KA business
-Keep abreast of market situation/trends and competitive activities/threats and take proactive action to address
-Open new KA ¨C Negotiate contract and partnership program
-Build / Maintain KA relationship
-Drive store sell out, POS coverage, instore dominance (Share of Shelf, merchandising, portfolio management), etc.
-Collect and maintain KA information for evaluation for analyses.


-Sales experience in managing mid-large size retail chain store for minimum 5 years
-Able to develop KA plan and proven ability to deliver sales growth
-Strong negotiation skill ¨C e.g. negotiate trade terms with KA
-Experience in managing promotor field team is preferred
-Experience in managing retail store operations, category management, and key drivers of store productivity is preferred
-High achiever, goal/results oriented, can work independently, strong time management
-Flawless in execution
