Job Summary:
Offline channel management and development including enterprise and consumer partners in south & west China.

Key Responsibility:
1.To work with China sales team to set, meet & exceed sales targets of retailers and commercial resellers by executing Jabra solution selling model
2.To complete & update profiles of resellers and retailers
3.To work with China offline sales team on the management of sell in, sell through and sell out of resellers and retailers
4.To analyze the performance of resellers and retailers to maximize sales revenue with highest efficiency
5.To achieve channel target
6. Cooperate with the entire sales team, Finance, logistic, marketing team and China Distributors, partners
