Sales Executive/Account Manager

Job Responsibilities,

1. To drive customer satisfaction and retention by implementing services improvement program and executing services level agreement.
2. Develop and maintain good customer relationship and facilitate internal resources to address customer satisfaction.
3. Act as the focal point for all customer services and business requests, work closely with technical teams and other internal and external partners to contribute business growth for the company.
4. Deliver sales by developing relationships with existing and potential customers in Hong Kong and Macau.
5. Participate in team selling and generate sales revenue.

Job Requirements,

1. With 2-3 year solid sales experience, Business Solution.
2. Direct Sales, High touch.
3. Team player, self-motivated, aggressive, independent.
4. Customer-oriented attitude and problem solving mindset.
5. Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills with good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin is preference.
6. Good knowledge of PC applications, MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
