E-commerce and Social Media Coordinator

Jabra ASEAN is looking for an energetic person who is comfortable with social media (Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, etc) and shopping online (Lazada, Mata Hari, Bhinneka, PLX, Qoo10, etc)?

Do you like to spend your time online and want to get paid for it? Here¡¯s what the job entails:

- Making sure on a daily basis that Jabra¡¯s products are displayed in the best way possible on online commerce sites and doing what it takes to show us in the best light
- Being the liaison between the marketing team and the online sites. That means quickly preparing or coordinating documents, graphics and whatever else is needed
- Maintaining market information on competitive pricing and positioning updates
- Keeping the management team informed on activity across ASEAN
- Online sales reporting
- Watching key technology forums and participating as the Jabra ASEAN representative online
- Managing customer escalations on social media

You need to be a self-starter with a can-do attitude and lots of energy. We are going places in Jabra ASEAN and we are looking for the right person to help us get where we want to go online!

Language skills required: English at a minimum plus either Bahasa Indonesia or Thai.
More language skills required: At least one of: Japanese, Mandarin Chinese or Cantonese
