Be our Market Manager, SME in APAC
Joining this newly established business division, you will enable a structured approach to executing on our go-to-market strategy. This includes managing efforts with our local sales teams to help localise and drive the strategy that will maximise SME revenue in all key channels. By being present locally, you ensure that the SME agenda is taken into account. As the focal point for SME in-market activities, you work closely with local marketing on sales activities, channel push, campaigns, etc.

A further key responsibility is to ensure a positive line of communication between the market and HQ in Denmark. The position will require regional travels. You will be working from our APAC HQ in Singapore, and from here you will split your time between office work and visiting partners, customers or working with local marketing teams.

SME understanding and outgoing personality
� Most importantly, you have worked with SMEs, so you understand their environment and the complex setup of retail, partners and distributors.
� It would be a plus, if you have experience from Telcos.
� Perhaps you have a sales background as an account manager or similar, giving you customer relations skills. Alternatively you may have worked in the marketing organisation in a SME.
� You are able to execute on an already established strategy.

But more than this, as you will be the new kid on the block, you do not shy away from any opportunity to make your voice heard. And you succeed through your ability to work through other teams, securing buy-in for your SME agenda. And to thrive here is to thrive in a position where no two days are alike, and being able to change direction at the drop of a dime is paramount.

For the position we require you to be based in Singapore. The corporate language in Jabra is English and hence fluency in English is a requirement.
