Business Planning Manager, APAC and China

Through its Jabra brand, GN Audio is a world leader in innovative hands free audio solutions, and as our business planning manager in China and the APAC region, you are responsible for our regional Sales & Operations Planning. With an eye for sales and supply chain as well as product management, you build a bridge between our centralised demand planning and the local sales managers in a vast and varied region.

Join the global demand planning team
You will join a strong global business planning team where you will work with 12 colleagues, the majority of whom are based at our headquarters in Denmark.
We manage global planning processes incl. S&OP, Demand planning, Inventory mgmt. as well as portfolio planning processes, business cases and channel data. As a team, we do our utmost to facilitate scalable solutions and nurture collaboration across the company. We are data driven and based decisions on insights.
Working out of our sales office in Singapore, you will have close and continuous contact with your colleagues in Denmark as you coordinate forecasting and demand planning.
You keep the ball rolling
As the sole representative for the global demand planning team in the region, you have full responsibility for making our integrated business planning a success � and the freedom to decide how to do it.

Reporting to Senior Director of Integrated Business Planning. You are tasked with keeping close contact with the regional sales organisation to create an optimal foundation for our centralised sales forecasting and demand planning. Coordinating with your colleagues in Copenhagen, you are responsible for regional inventory performance and sales forecasts based on Point of Sales data, as well as planning new product introductions and product migration.

To do this, you establish and nurture strong relationships to the local sales managers, encouraging dialogue and driving the demand planning processes forward.

Robust and experienced demand planner
� You have a degree in supply chain management or business.
� You have 5+ years� experience with global sales operation or demand planning.
� You speak and write English fluently, and Chinese at any level would be a plus, but not a requirement.
� You are IT-literate and have solid Excel skills and knowledge of forecasting systems.
� You have excellent stakeholder management skills.
You excel at business planning because you are analytical and have a fierce operational mindset. As a person, you are characterised by your relentlessly positive outlook, resourcefulness and excellent communication skills. You are action-oriented to the bone, and know how to push to get everyone to deliver on time. In short, you are ready to take our demand planning to the next level because you have the drive to translate good plans into excellent results.
