Responsibilities
- Translate in-depth market and consumer insights through strategic marketing communication, brand partnerships, strategic alliances, PR & promotional activities, as well as competitive analyses into communication & campaign concepts
- Working collaboratively across different functions within the business including: PR & communication, social media & CRM for full consumer journey and meeting business growth
- Works with ECM director to create strategic annual PR calendar highlighting agreed seasonal product stories and hero pieces
- Identifying key PR opportunities in publications in the China markets, enhancing product-placement opportunities, maintaining existing media relationships and forging new media & bloggers through pro-active media relations in order to achieve higher coverage
- Close cooperation with social agency on following social strategy & annual plan, to better communicate with consumers through social contents & activities for building a premium brand image
- Plan, execute and own marketing campaigns and digital marketing initiatives to generate brand/franchise awareness, and drive traffic and sales and engagement.
- Content development and management-creation of new China-specific content and adaptation of relevant Global content for local platforms
- Working with global inbound & outbound team for creating high quality online contents to enhance the brand presence among consumers and lead to business growth
- Plan and own the work process, establishing good working relationships with internal stakeholders
- Responsible for monthly reporting/tracking and analysis.

Basic Qualifications
- 5 years of marketing experience, with hands on experience direct marketing programs
- Proven multi-channel marketing expertise-with a heavy emphasis on online and direct to consumer marketing
- Solid experience on CRM highly preferred
- Proven experience developing value propositions for consumers-whether through product, marketing campaign or loyalty program development
- Experience in effective consumer communication including creative strategy and messaging
- Negotiation and partner management skills
- Experience interfacing effectively with multiple levels of management, ranging from senior corporate executives to line managers
- Experience creating concrete, actionable marketing plans for new programs based on consumer research and hypotheses, without historical results
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and negotiation skills in English and mandarin-particularly within large organizations
- Self-motivated, results-driven with excellent attention to detail
- Must be a strong team player.
