APAC End User Marketing Manager

Jabra is looking for a regional end user marketing manager across both its B2B and B2C businesses. This role is based in Singapore, has APAC coverage and reports to the APAC marketing director.
A highly strategic role responsible for driving end user marketing strategies across the regions working closely with HQ teams and in country marketing teams to drive strategy and outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overall end customer (end user) demand generation activities across enterprise and consumer business at Jabra APAC.
• Lead efforts around following key areas :
o Account based marketing :
 Formulate account based marketing strategies for retention and acquisition of key target accounts across the APAC region
 Assist in creating templates for Account based marketing that in country teams can use
 Work closely with global ABM lead to download assets, drive ideas and convey needs from APAC to run ABM
 Work closely with sales to develop joint marketing plans for key accounts and execute on few select ABM plans at the APAC level.
o Demand generation /Campaigns/Digital marketing :
 Responsible for digital media planning and operations to develop a comprehensive digital marketing communications strategy, which reinforces the company¡¯s positioning and brand, and ultimately drive the sales.
 Design and run campaigns to a customer life cycle marketing strategy, based on buying journeys and buy cycles.
 Plan, develop, create, and execute digital marketing campaigns focused on target markets and audience
 Develop keyword strategies, copy, landing page optimization, and aligning offers to drive conversions.
 Responsible for media performance, ensuring adequate and quality traffic generated from media as per company target
 Exercise leadership over Web Site conversions and retargeting. Drive proactive strategies on modifying pages and content to improve conversions.
 Provide input into content strategy to fuel digital marketing campaigns as the advocate for seamless digital experiences for our prospects and customers to drive conversions.
 Align message, campaign cadence, offer, content, landing page optimization, and channel. Ensure integration of message with other inbound and outbound campaigns driven by other team members.
 Lead the digital marketing agency and optimize for best practices through testing, the latest conversion strategies, and high ROI.
o Brand development
 PR : Work with PR agency to create a reginal content calendar to drive media interviews, product reviews and byline articles to grow Jabra brand in APAC
 Driving social media communities and engagement: Use social media to drive end user engagement with the brand and establish thought leadership.
 Brand partnerships: Drive brand partnerships and alliances to strengthen the brand and product proposition
 Events and tradeshows: run and execute relevant tradeshows and end user events to create awareness, generate leads, and drive sales.

• Key success metrics include :

o Web impressions and conversions
o Number of qualified leads, conversion rates from contact to leads
o Increase in run-rate and wallet share in key accounts
o End customer sell out from retail/online stores.
o # of press clippings across APAC From Tier-1 media
o # of social media engagements, followers
Requirements:-
• Digital marketing experience with strong content marketing background and writing skills in providing materials, tools, emails, web content, newsletters, announcements, customer advocacy, forums, programs and calendars for both internal and external communication purposes.
• Deep understanding of the different APAC countries, their nuances in terms of digital marketing, demand generation strategies
• Strong influence skills and ability to influence without authority to drive strategies across countries and become the voice of APAC to headquarters
• Preference for candidates with consumer electronics experience with strong experience in branding and demand generation
• Experience in brand management, handling PR and social media
• Strong presentation skills, English language proficiency and flair for writing.
• Excellent team player. Willing to take leadership role in driving initiatives, working cross organizations and structuring new approaches to new opportunities.
• Degree or higher in marketing, communications or a related field of study is required.
