The fundamental objective of the Country Sales Manager, Consumer is to grow sales of the Jabra consumer business in Thailand and deliver on assigned sales targets.

There are a variety of different activities required to achieve this goal and these include, but are not limited to:
� Interacting with buyers from key channel partners and retailers to ensure Jabra's mindshare and recall (both aided and unaided)
� Developing sales campaigns with the direct and indirect channel
� Work with the marketing team to produce Thailand specific materials that are relevant and appropriate for Thailand
� Train the channel representatives on Jabra consumer products and positioning
� Introduce new products to consumers, channel partners and distributors when they become available
� Participate in and oversee media, marketing and PR events
� Act as a spokesperson for Jabra Consumer products where appropriate
� Mystery shop as a means of iteratively improving sales efforts, identifying weak spots and surfacing Best Practices
� Collect and surface market intelligence about competition, products, placement and other relevant details
