SALES EXCELLENCE MANAGER

This position will be responsible for implementing and managing Jabra's BtB and BtC sales excellence processes across Asia Pacific. You will be based out of Singapore, but work closely together with local Managing Directors and their respective Sales Teams across the region. A strong relationships with various Group functions in Headquarters, Denmark, will also be needed to secure that Group sales processes, best practices and guidelines are followed.

Main Responsibility::

� Oversee CRM processes across the region together with APAC management and Country Managing Directors
� Securing proper and accurate POS and inventory reporting from channels, partners and customers
� Oversee discount- and pricing policies
� Sales system optimization and utilization
� Responsible for rolling out Group guidelines, Commercial policies, best practices and standards across the region
� Implementing and improving Sales Excellence processes
� Maintaining and improving Sales KPI reporting
� Work closely together with various Group functions in Denmark to roll out Sales processes

Other Requirements:


� Candidate preferable 5-7 years sales and/or Sales related experience. Maybe coming from a back office sales function having strong interpersonal skills.
� Preferable with MNC background, but not a must. MBA candidates with some years of working experience will also be considered.
� Travelling must be expected.
